Truck Delivery (Free!):
- Delivery to: The delivery truck will park in front of your home, and you are responsible for receiving the product from the truck. If you are ordering a large item, please note that you may need a couple of people to help unload it and carry it inside.
- Assembly Service: None
- Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.
- Most truck delivery companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you your tracking information, you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.
- Delivery to: A two-man team will bring the item inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage, the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage, the product will be left in your front entrance. The product will not be carried up stairs. My husband wanted a comfortable rocker-recliner to replace one that broke. He was a little disappointed that the chair only rocks when in the upright position.
Also, because parts of the chair are not real leather, it squeaks a lot, which can be very annoying depending on how often you get in and out of the chair. I would have paid extra to have the chair all leather.
The leather that the chair does have appears to be good quality and takes a lot of wear and tear without showing, which is good in a family of dogs and cats!
My husband is six foot tall and his ankles hit a very uncomfortable part of the foot rest, when in the reclined position, so he has to put a cushion under his feet.
Other than that the chair is really comfortable and serves it's purpose. I don't think one day goes by that my husband does not fall asleep in it. It's that comfortable!

Closing foot rest requires rearward pressure from heels of feet which, in my opinion, is awkward and takes some getting used to.

The leather is so soft and comfortable and the design of the chair is awesome. It's easy to relax and take a nap in this chair.
Service and delivery comments:
There was a mix up with delivery. I had paid for white glove delivery service, but the manufacuturer made an error and shipped regular UPS. When I called customer service, they were very helpful and the situation was resolved right away.
