Truck Delivery (Free!):
- Delivery to: The delivery truck will park in front of your home, and you are responsible for receiving the product from the truck. If you are ordering a large item, please note that you may need a couple of people to help unload it and carry it inside.
- Assembly Service: None
- Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.
- Most truck delivery companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you your tracking information, you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.
- Delivery to: A two-man team will bring the item inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage, the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage, the product will be left in your front entrance. The product will not be carried up stairs. - Delivery to: A two-man team will bring the item inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
- Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).

I find this a comfortable chair but have two issues, the chair walks across carpet when rocked and I have to pulled it away from wall at least once a day. Second issue is that when I am reclined, my dog is able to turn the chair around just by putting a paw up on the foot rest.I would recommend the chair and company to another person[...]
Service and delivery comments:
paid for the bronze service but was given a hassle by the delivery company. They grudgingly finally gave the correct service after I proved to them, by receipt, that I had paid for the service and then tried to refuse to take packaging. I was unable to reach a customer service agent in order to have them discuss this issue with delivery personnel. Again, I would recommend the chair and company to another person but don't pay for the extra shipping service unless you don't have a choice. They need a new shipping company.
