Purchased a returned model for my mother to use while working on crafts and watching TV. One very slight fabric flaw,otherwise looks great and works fine. The swivel feature is perfect for her limited mobility and limited room space. Assembly was a little challenging because the directions were not in the box, but easy enough if you have any experience assembly furniture.

I wasn't informed that I would have to assemble the chair completely... I think that should have been on the order. My last recliner was a Lazy boy, and I feel it was much more comfortable. I had it for about 16 years, and this one does not seem that durable. I wanted a chair that could be used at the computer, then just swivel to watch TV. I'm not very happy with it, but it would be too much work to disassemble and costly to return.

I bought this to replace a 40 year old massaging recliner. The style of this chair is much more in line with my taste. I couldn't recline it without pulling up the leg rest and pushing down the handle at the same time. Then I realized there was a knob on the opposite side of the handle that controls the tension on the leg rest. Once it is reclined though it stays in place and is very comfortable. Well worth the money.

I like it because for a recliner it has a small footprint and can be used in my home office. Dr. recommended I raise my legs horizontally for health. also I am 6'4 290# and it fits me! I added 5 wheels to base!

The chair itself is very attractive. It is a beautiful looking chair. We ordered 3 for our living room.
Assembly was a tad nerve wrecking till we got the hang of of. So it wasn't that bad at all.
Comfort leaves some to be desired. And when reclinced it could be longer. I am 5ft 4in and my feet hang over some. So I would not think it would good for a taller person. My hubby is 5ft 10in and does hang over quite a bit. And the part your legs sit on when reclincing is not very sturdy.
1-10 I would give it a 7 and that is because of it's looks and easy of keeping clean. Pricing is right on. All and all we do like the chairs.
